Horse Wallpapers – Set 01

by Wallpaper Maniac on Mar.18, 2010, under Wild Life --- 1204 views

Horse wallpapers of high resolution are given above. Take a look at the 12 horse wallpapers given right above. Horse or Stallion wallpapers are really a pleasure to look at as they show us the beauty of this wonderfully fast human companion.

Horses, when we hear the word, the first thing that comes to us is the horse race, where many horses battle it out against each other, to emerge as the winning champion. The players who ride the horses in these races are highly experienced  ones as a powerful horse can throw you out so violently that you will be torn to pieces when you touch the ground.

But luckily, horses are tamed easily by humans and become our best friends fast. In the olden times, they were the fastest form of transport for troops and knights. Many battles have been fought on their backs and many horses have been murdered in the whole process. Lets love these beautiful animals from now on and preserve what is left of them. Enjoy the horse wallpapers here at wallpapersguide.com for now.

Cheetah Wallpapers – Set 01

by Wallpaper Maniac on Mar.17, 2010, under Wild Life --- 717 views

Cheetah Wallpapers are given above – There are 12 wallpapers of the fastest animal on land. Cheetahs are specialized cats. The only animal that comes even close to Cheetah’s speed is its favourite prey, gazelle. In order to catch up with a meal that’s as swift as the wind, the cheetah had to develop the ability to run as fast, or faster than the gazelle, or face the alternative – starvation.

Cheetah can run 70mph/112kph. Just imagine him running close to your car at that speed keeping up with you always. Cheetahs are now found in mostly in East Africa. They’re also found in some places in the Middle East, in Iran, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and once upon a time in India. Cheetahs are an excellent example of the effects of natural selection on creating a super fast, aerodynamic hunting cat.

Many had not seen this creature in action in front of their eyes but I am sure many of you have watched a Cheetah hunt in your TV sets as they show it in National Geographic and Discovery Channel. Enjoy the Cheetah wallpapers for now as they will make you run faster in our journey of life as they adorn our desktops.

Tiger Wallpapers – Set 01

by Wallpaper Maniac on Mar.16, 2010, under Wild Life --- 510 views

Tiger wallpapers are here in wallpapersguide.com today. We should be on red alert as we are losing this endangered species day by day. The reason is obvious. People are still hunting for their skin, as tiger skins have the most royal look among all animal skins.

For this smooth royal skin of tigers, they had been murdered a lot in the past and we are paying the price now, as these tigers face a total destruction of their species nowadays. Friends, listen, please protect these tigers. If you cant do anything to protect the remaining few tigers, at least take a pledge that you wont harm any of the remaining few ones left on our planet.

Now we have these tiger wallpapers as we could take their snaps now. Think of a future, where there wont be any more new pictures of tigers available because there wont be any tiger available for us to take a snap. So anyway enjoy these tiger wallpapers now, but with this thought in your minds.
